Ingredients

  • 10-inch Italian roll
  • 6 oz. chipped eyeroast or choice round
  • 5 slices American or Provolone cheese
  • 3 oz. Cheese Whiz
  • 2 oz. chopped onions
  • 1 oz. olive oil

Preparation
Partially freeze roast and make 1/16" slices. Fry onions and olive oil; add meat. Chop meat while cooking. Lay cheese on top of mixture. Just before cheese melts, lay roll on top. Let cook for 15 seconds and flip over.
