Philly Cheese Steak
- 10-inch Italian roll
- 6 oz. chipped eyeroast or choice round
- 5 slices American or Provolone cheese
- 3 oz. Cheese Whiz
- 2 oz. chopped onions
- 1 oz. olive oil
Partially freeze roast and make 1/16" slices. Fry onions and olive oil; add meat. Chop meat while cooking. Lay cheese on top of mixture. Just before cheese melts, lay roll on top. Let cook for 15 seconds and flip over.
